The Flavours of Herriot Country Awards 2018

Last year’s Flavours of Herriot Country Awards were simply outstanding, with a record number of entries from across Richmondshire and Hambleton, and a record turnout to celebrate the brilliant award winners, at a memorable awards lunch hosted by The Garden Rooms, Tennants, Leyburn.

And here we are, our 7th Flavours Awards, and our independent team of highly respected food and drink experts, headed by Chair of Judges, Susie Brindley, are poised and ready, waiting to receive an abundance of flavoursome entries from all of you outstanding food and drink businesses from across Richmondshire and Hambleton.

We have a refreshed web site, a smart new logo, and an easy to enter on-line entry form. We have two new categories this year, ‘Baked Product of the Year’ and ‘Afternoon Tea of the Year’, alongside our other 10 categories, giving you even more choice, and something for every type of business.  And you can enter more than one category.

The Flavours of Herriot Country Awards will be held on Friday, 30 November, hosted by The Garden Rooms, Tennants, Leyburn. 11.00am to 2.30pm. Tickets go on sale when the finalists are announced.

The entries are open from June 18, and the closing date is midnight on 31 August.
